These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worldlingtravel.com (the "Site"), operated by Worldling Travel LLC ("Worldling Travel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover your use of the website only. Any trip you book is governed by a separate client and booking agreement provided at the time of booking.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; introduce viruses or malicious code; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our permission; or use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

2. Informational purpose; no booking contract

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Submitting an inquiry or form does not create a booking, contract, or guarantee of availability or price. Trips, dates, itineraries, inclusions, and prices are subject to change and to confirmation. Any booking is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Worldling Travel LLC, which contains the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, and travel terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, itineraries, designs, layouts, source code, and the Worldling Travel name, logo, and brand — is the property of Worldling Travel LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, frame, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks and brand names shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Terms relating to trips and travel are addressed in your separate booking agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worldling Travel LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, including the Texas Business and Commerce Code, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wichita County, Texas (Wichita Falls), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
